Formed in 2016, Elgin Avenue are a band in Penarth who write, record and perform our own music. Influences range from classic rock, via punk and New Wave to pop. When playing live we also add some select covers, which we play in our own style. With our own PA and lights, we are currently formed of Richard Seaward (lead vocals), Leon Annett (keyboard/backing vocals), Steve Chapman (bass), Greg Burke (guitar) and Matt Lawrence (drums).
